The space This studio apartment also known as "Haz Airbnb" sits across the street from a historical site which is now a two-hundred-year-old beauty-filled church. The vision for Haz Airbnb was designed with you in mind. It's a clean fresh studio with cityscape views into your fully functioning kitchen along with modern amenities. In addition nearly all of the walls are adorned with art. Your host, a local artist, designer and florist has brought the art gallery to your finger tips as well as submerging you into the downtown scene. Our HISTORY; 38 East Walnut Street also known as "Haz Living" was renovated in 2020. The name Haz comes from Hungary, our building is named after the city of Budapest which has an old world side seperated by a river with a new world side. The old and new blend wonderfully creating what we'd hope you'd feel in the City of Lancaster, in our Haz building and in this studio apartment! *Your host, Lynnsey, will customize your stay for an additional charge by stocking the fridge with your favorite beverages, adding snacks to cabinets along with adding your choice of fresh florals UPON YOUR REQUEST. Important Facts; -Haz is located on the fourth floor with a shared stariway. -We do contactless entry upon arrival. -One parking spot is available in the back parking lot. This is off of Christian Street. -There are security cameras amongst stairways and hallways. -Guests must wear masks in stairs and hallways for the safety of our tenants. -Side door access available, as well as front door. -Christian Street has a direct walking path to the train station. -Located in the Musser park Neighborhood known for high walkability scores. -Covid cautious cleaning and sanitization between each stay. -Custom requests from the host within 24 hours upon arrival with an added fee. -Nearly all the art work is able to be purchased upon your request.
