The kitchen is amazing if you enjoy cooking. The pool is the best kept secret of the neighborhood as well as Camp Helen state park. Lake Powell is a great place to fish, kayak or paddle board. The new 30A shops and restaurants is down the street and the beach is a short walk or bike about 1/2 mile away. You can text or call me with any questions.
