Guest access During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to our vibrant basement, a hub of convenience and fun. Just swing by the front desk, and we’ll be happy to assist! Other things to note Please note: guests must be 18 or older to check in. Parking We have two FREE parking spaces in front of the hotel reserved for guest only, on a first come, first serve basis. On street metered parking is also available. The meters are FREE after 6PM to 8AM Monday – Friday and all day Sunday. About a 2 minute walk away is a parking lot that charges for parking. The Gardner Hotel is not responsible for any tickets, towing or damage of your vehicle. Noise Please note that we are located in a prime downtown location. Noise may be present at times, go out, have some fun, and makegood use of our guest discounts with our neighbors. However, if you are all partied out, we have earplugs available at the front desk. Elevator Our elevator is original therefore it is very delicate and not currently operational. All of our rooms are located one or two levels up so you will need to use our stairways to access your room. Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Pets ONLY ADA Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are allowed at the hotel. Emotional Support Animals (Dogs/Cats ONLY) must have a valid credit card on file incidentals. ESA must never be left unattended and must be restrained by leash or kennel when in public spaces or if the hotel staff needs to enter the room. Any aggressive behavior or excessive barking will result in eviction from the hotel with no refunds. All ADA & ESA animals must remain with their owners at all times - Never Left alone
