Private, Poolside Balcony with High Speed Internet

Our place is rural (not in town), is close to state parks, boat launches, historic locations and a couple of great restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the quietness, the outdoor space, the miles of nature trails and the location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (school age kids), and furry friends (pets that are dog/cat friendly). An easy 10 - 12 minute drive to several Kerr Lake (Clarksville area) access points. Safe and secluded with lots of open space. The space This large private space has its own bathroom, a kitchen table, mini fridge and queen bed plus a separate area that has a coffee station, microwave and a full bed. A beautiful private balcony view overlooking the pool and large pond are part of the private space. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Ceilings are slanted. Private access through the laundry room via an indoor staircase. This space is not small child/infant friendly nor handicap friendly. Guest access Access to the sleeping/living area is private through a laundry room hallway. Easy access to the outdoor pool level (pool, bar and fireplace) is provided. Guest may take a nature walk on miles of trails or fish for bass and crappy (catch and release only) in three ponds. Additionally, the pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day from 8 am to sundown. During your stay I am available to help as needed with dining recommendations, local historical activities, lake activities, etc. I also teach yoga and would be happy to teach privately for guests. We love to meet our guests but if you’re not into that, we respect your privacy and wishes. Other things to note I am a registered yoga teacher and will be happy to arrange private or semiprivate yoga classes or yoga hiking activities.
