The space NEWLY RENOVATED 2025 First floor 2 bedroom 1 bath condominium located across the road from Siesta Key Beach. 2025 renovations include all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, kitchen appliances, doors, trim, newly painted bedrooms. 60” smart TV and smart lock for easy keyless access, new king size bed and mattresses in both bedrooms. 6 person dining set. Sleeper sofa in living room. Can accommodate 6 guests. New outdoor patio furniture. We cannot obtain additional parking passes from the office last minute. Featured: The condo has private high soeed Wifi, flat screen TV with hi-def cable set-up, and bluetooth speaker bar in the living room. Dining area can seat 6 and has a pass through cut out to the kitchen. *All TVs in the unit have Fire TV Stick or smart TV capability working with the private internet. (Guests will need to login to their personal Netflix, Hulu etc, for streaming access) The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator and all your cooking needs. New fridge, electric range, and dishwasher. Located on the ground floor, the lanai/patio is fully screened with door allowing easy access to the beach and lawn. Umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and beach wagon are provided for your convenience. No need to wait on elevators. Walk straight out and to the beach. Onsite you will enjoy the heated swimming pool and outdoor grill. Washers & dryers are located on the second, third, and fourth floor of each building. Conveniently pay for laundry with credit card or app. Wash $1.75, and Dry $0.75 per load. Guest access Full access to private condo, parking space, and community pool, outdoor grilling area. *Please note for additional parking passes we must know in advance to secure them. Otherwise only 1 parking pass per reservation will be provided. Other things to note 2025 renovations include all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, kitchen appliances, doors, trim, newly painted bedrooms. Please note: this unit is privately managed. Must be 25 or older to rent. Please DO NOT contact on-site staff for ANY issues. Contact us directly for any needs via Airbnb app or cell phone. We are available anytime and always happy to help. Please note: As this unit is a weekly or multi weekly rental we cannot supply or resupply a full stay’s worth of items like paper towels; toilet paper; or trash bags. We leave a few of each of these items for convenience upon arrival but if additional is needed guests will have to purchase along with their groceries etc. NO SMOKING in the unit or ON THE LANAI. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if smoking is found at check out.
