Access to lakes w/ water sport rentals, 2 outdoor pools, Tiki Bar, outdoor/indoor courts, play grounds, parks, trails, camping grounds, rec & art centers, arcade, restaurants, 9-hole golf course, mini golf, nearby attractions like the Lacawac Sanctuary, Lake Wallenpaupak, the historic town of Honesdale & much more! The space *Spacious, clean, cozy, family-friendly environment with natural and peaceful surroundings. * Accommodates up to 11 guests. 4 Queen beds, each in its own bedroom. 3 twin beds in the loft with privacy partitions located under the bed. 1 pull out couch bed in the lower level living space. * 3 Full bathrooms. *We have a mini split unit for heating & cooling in main living area (connected to WiFi for remote turn on), mini split unit in the loft area, AC in upstairs bedroom, large main floor ceiling fan, ceiling fans in bedrooms, portable AC in lower level family area and 2 portable tower fans. *Electric baseboard heating in each room with individual thermostat. *Wood burning Fireplace in living space on main floor. *Review all amenities & guidebook for in-community and nearby attractions. ***We ask that our guests be at least 25 or older to book with us and we do not allow parties or outside guests. *** ***We have a security camera outside our main entrance for our guest’s safety*** **It is a gated community so you will need to check in with your name and license plate number at the main gate.** **Pets welcome for additional cost.
