This beautiful 3,500 sq. foot home is a 2-mile drive to the ski lifts and minutes from the golf course and fishing. The house backs up to a picturesque tree line and green belt that allows privacy. Bring the whole family or combine multiple families in this mountain home for skiers, golfers, mountain bikers & nature lovers. The house includes 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large living & dining space, a large game room with pool table, a wood burning fireplace, and a large fully stocked kitchen. The space The entire home except for the garage and a couple of owner’s closets are available for use during a rental. The home still has extensive amounts of closet/storage space to be used by renters! The driveway is very steep. 4x4 is highly recommended during winter. Guest access The home features a 3 level deck that provides even more enjoyment of the beautiful views! Some levels of the deck are very high. Renters assume all risk if they choose to lean on or over the railing. Other things to note Our kitchen is extremely stocked for all of your cooking needs from spices and baggies/foil to every utensil or pots and pans you might need. We try to supply all cleaning supplies you might need such as detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. We want you to enjoy your vacation without worrying about the small stuff. The bedroom with 2 twins beds is accessed through the upstairs master bedroom. It is perfect for families with small children! The driveway is very steep. 4x4 vehicles are highly recommended in the winter.
