Description
This spacious, well-stocked, immaculate RV with large picture windows provides grand views of the impressive Connecticut River and local mountains. The RV is situated on a scenic, private waterfront property that provides easy access to launch our canoes and kayaks into the river. The guests gain access to the property through a quiet neighborhood, past a farm with an old barn, and down a private right of way. The space The property is yours to explore and use freely, as though it were your own. We provide lawn games such as badminton, lawn bocce, bean bag toss, croquet, plenty of indoor games, DVD's w/ player, puzzles, books, etc. There are kayaks and canoes for you to borrow, free of charge, down by the river's edge (just please don't forget to put your life jackets on before heading out). You can explore the river up and downstream between the two dams, and you can explore the islands as well. The adventurous can pull their canoes out of the river and walk around the dam to continue on their journey upstream. Fishing is a great activity out on the river with an abundance of fresh water fish for the catching! You'll enjoy cooking up some juicy steaks on the gas grill while sitting out at your picnic table while taking in the breathtaking views of the river. In the evening, you can kick back and have smores while sharing stories around the campfire. Before you retire for the night, be impressed by the awesome northern night sky with such vibrant, bright stars and constellations like you've never seen before! Guest access Entire RV is yours to use including everything the RV is stocked with. The property is yours to use as well including the kayaks and canoes. You may use the fireplaces and sitting areas throughout the property as well. The building with the Loft and host's home are off-limits, however. There is a closet in the entryway to the Loft, off the driveway, which has sporting equipment and life jackets which may be used. Other things to note If the river current is very strong, we do not advise using the kayaks or canoes, nor do we recommend swimming in the river.
