The space The unit is 600 sqft unit, with a nice sized 1-bedroom and large Living Room open floor plan including a mini-kitchen and dining table, as well as workdesk, it has central air and heat, a tub shower for the relaxing soak if preferred! The 100% private balcony is covered and overlooks the beautiful Cape Fear River. Other things to note Please be sure to put on your hazard lights if you are unloading and if there is not a spot available in the unloading area, please definitely put on hazard lights -- The ticketing company is very strict, but if you have on hazard lights they will be fine
