Access to Owasco Lake is 60 feet away with 100’ of lake front property and 75 foot dock included. The water level gradually increases making it perfect for small children who want to play in the shallow water. Little to no seaweed! Perch, bass and sunfish can be caught right from the dock! Enjoy! The space 50” smart tv, WiFi, Netflix, YouTube TV, NFL Sunday Ticket and Disney+ all included. Guest access Access to the entire house, deck, dock (removed from water off season November - April) and lake. Other things to note Wear water shoes in the water!!!!!
