Nestled among trees and fields, this haven is a great place to rest up and relax-on a quiet country road, but less than a mile to town where you’ll find a Kwik Trip, a general store, a Subway and more! Have company coming and need a place for them to rest? In town for a wedding, reunion, or shower? This home provides sleeping for up to six. Plenty of comfortable seating as well. A great place for families, small groups or just a quiet getaway for a couple! The space We want you to feel at home here. You’ll have one bathroom and one bedroom, along with a full sized and fully stocked kitchen. Both kitchen and bathroom boast brand new counter tops as well. A smart tv that allows you to stream from any app to which you may have your own subscription. (ie. Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) We hope that you will let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable! Garage not included in rental. There are locked doors within the guest house for storage. (Garage, cleaning closet, and basement - all off limits to guests) ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest access While this home is snuggled among the trees on a farmyard property, the farm itself is NOT AVAILABLE to explore. This stay would include only the home itself as well as the front and back yards. The garage is NOT INCLUDED in the rental of this property. There are locked doors within the guest house for storage. (Garage, cleaning closet, and basement - all off limits to guests) Other things to note The queen sized mattress and box spring, all sheets and linens, as well as both full sized pull out couches are all brand new. While staying here, you’re most welcome to utilize our washer and dryer for your convenience. The air conditioning and heat keeps the home very comfortable year round! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED
