Speed limit in the community is "25" We have lakes in the community for a good walk or stay on the beach in summertime. Just type "Highland Lake" 5-7min away from the house. Two pools are also available summertime. Two tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and soccer, gym. There is an air mattress (with freedom to choose a place or spot to sleep in the house by yourself:)) and convertible sofa on the second floor, meaning there's an option to add 2 or 3 more people. so it becomes total of 11 guests that way. And big sofa (not convertible) on the first floor which can be comfortable sleep for one person = 11+1.
