You will have your own patio table outside the unit to enjoy the outdoors. There is a designated yard space ( as pictured in the listing photos) with a lounge chair and table with umbrella for you to hang out. The fenced off areas belong to other units. Other things to note It’s a 3 unit property. Each unit has its own designated outdoor space. . It’s a pet friendly AirBnB and you might encounter guests with pets in the common area. They will always be on leash. Parking is free but limited to one spot per unit. So please park head in and only use the space in front of the property. Please don’t block the gate and advise if you are planning on having a second car.
