Guest House at the Marina

Traveling nurses, academic rentals happily considered! A beautiful, modern one bedroom apartment on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the Indian River and tidal marsh. It is 600 sq feet, completely renovated, with a queen size bed, a well-appointed kitchen & bathroom. Walking distance to the Clinton train station. Stays in-season include use of 2 kayaks or SUPs per day (2 hours) provided by Indian River Kayak from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The space This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay...kitchen with dishwasher, large dining area, full bath, one bedroom, comfortable living room, and a large outdoor deck. Linens and towels provided. The guest house is located within a small, family-run marina in a beautiful residential area. There are two parking spaces available for your use. Please note that you must be able to navigate a full flight of stairs to access the space. WiFi is available. A maximum of two guests, additional guests require pre-approval and a $10/night per guest fee will apply. There is a two night minimum stay. Guest access Guests can stroll along sidewalks to several wonderful local restaurants. Hammonasset State Park is a 10 minute drive. Complimentary use of 2 kayaks or paddleboards for 2 hours each day during normal business hours will be included in your stay (Memorial Day to Labor Day only, weather permitting). Other things to note We run a busy kayak rental business from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is a lot of activity, especially on the weekends. A maximum of two (2) adult house guests.
