This apartment is located 3min from subway "Grand Ave-Newtown" station. This room is on 2nd floor. The apartment is built in 2015 and we are the first tenant in this building. Everything was new at that time. We clean apartment often so we successfully keep that condition. Its floor is still shiny and appliances looks nice. 5bedroom 2bathroom apartment. You will share 1 bathroom with 3 other rooms and share kitchen 4 other rooms. The space The apartment was built in 2015 and we are the first tenants in this building. Everything was new at that time. Room size is about 100 sq ft It has a twin size bed, closet, desk, chair, and window AC. Small Kitchen and No dining and living area A popular area in Elmhurst that has been attracting attention recently. There is a Target that is open 23 hours a day, and a mall is nearby, so it is convenient for shopping. There is also a 24-hour drugstore a block away. The atmosphere at night is also mild, so women can rest assured. 6 tatami mats, south-facing windows, and the front is also open, so it is open and has excellent sunlight ☆ Built-in furniture: twin size bed, desk, chair, simple closet ☆ Apartment A townhouse that has just been renovated. When toilet is cragged, please close the water bulb first which is located under the toilet, then use plunger to fix the crag. 9. Do not Leave your garbage in front of your room. You need to put it downstairs 10. Everybody has to contribute cleanness please follow cleaning schedules 11. Please take your hair and throw it away after you take shower. 12. Do not put your shampoo bottle around bathtub. 13. No Pet, cat and dog, is arrowed. (small pets are negotiable) 14. Please do not leave your belongings in common space. Even if someone accidentally uses or throw it away. Host is not responsible for the loss. -Common Troubles- 1. Bedbugs : In New York City, bedbugs are everywhere. 99% chance, you bring them into your room. If you bring it, you have to deal with the problem with your own cost before it spreads out. *Please ask host how to exterminate it. 2. Host is not responsible for any troubles between roommates and stolen or damages to personal belongings 3. When the refrigerator is broken, the lease holder is not responsible for any damages to your food and replacement of your food. 4. If you lose your keys, it costs you $150 + material cost to replace it. Please prepare $150 when you receive a new key. 5. If you put yourself in-lock. It cost you $40 for I open the door for you. It may take couple of hours or it could be next day. If it is urgent please call locksmith. If lease holder is out of state. 6. Do not change any keys without notice to the lease holder. 7. If you find any problem, let host know. He will talk to landlord to fix it but cannot guarantee that landlord will fix it or not. 8. Internet and boiler sometimes stop. But there is no refund for rent and utility unless lease holder receives refund from the landlord or internet company. 9. You may have a leak from ceiling or water backs up from drain. Host will not be responsible for damages to your belonging and will not pay you. Optional - 1. If you need an AC (Air Conditioner), you can rent it for $3 per day. 2. Central heating is usually set for 68F. If you feel cold you can rent a electric heater during winter time, you can rent it from us $3 perl day. -The date you move out- 1. When you move out, please leave your keys on the desk of your room. You need to leave by 11:00am of your singed move-out day. 2. Please clean your space in kitchen, bathroom, and refrigerator 3. The lease holder has the right to show your room to next potential tenants 40 days prior from your move-out date. Host needs to let you know at least 12 hours before from the showing time. During your stay I am not living in this apartment, but feel free to text me if you have any question or any problem. People cook and eat at dining area. You probably meet other roommates or airbnb guest often Other things to note ***** Before booking*********************** Under Fire Department of NY advisement, there is NO LOCK on the bedroom door, Only privacey bathroom lock is attached to the bedroom door. This is NOT like HOTEL, HOSTEL, GUEST HOUSE... This house is a nomal shared house in New York. You have housemates. I ask guests to prepare your amenity by yourself. There is no hoetl service like daily clean, 24 hour security guard etc. *There are basic kitchen equipments like dishes, silver, microwaves, frying pan and etc. Off course, you can use them. Please understand that and make a reservation. I hope that you find a great place to stay in NY not only at my place. ************************************************ AND There are house rules.
