Linens are available as an OPTIONAL add on. Although comforters and pillows are provided. sheets and towels can be added at a discount thru our cleaning service. Most renters in this area prefer to bring their own linens so we took it out of the rental rate and made it an optional add on. PETS: Pets are accepted on a case by case basis w max of 2 (some exceptions for 3rd if they are under 20 pounds and non-shedding. There are strict pet rules and a $100 pet fee for 1st pet and $20 for 2nd.... due at arrival to cleaning service. They bring the extra supplies and time needed to clean post pet.
