Carolina Cottage

Right in the heart of High Point, we are 5 minutes from downtown, local shopping and restaurants, the hospital, and Furniture Market is less than 10 minutes away! The room is spacious, entirely private, and has a fridge/freezer, a toaster oven with burners, and a coffee maker. It has its own private AC unit and water heater. The space Built in 1971, the house has been immaculately taken care of and is centered in the Emerywood neighborhood. Guest access Guests have their own parking space as well as the whole guest house (which includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a sizable walk-in closet). Other things to note We have an alarm system, but the only sensor we have in the space is one motion sensor, no cameras.
