This is a very nice and comfortable room inside a renovated home. Full size bed, desk with a chair, and a TV on wall with Netflix. There is full access to a traditional living room with a 70” television, and a full kitchen. A washer and dryer is available. This home has two other separately listed rooms. This bathroom is only shared with one other person. Each bedroom has its own keyed door lock. A cleaning lady will regularly clean the common areas. Guests will enjoy the close proximity to all the shops and restaurants nearby. All common areas are open for use including living room, kitchen, dining space, and laundry room. There is a nice deck on the back which guests are encouraged to use with outdoor chairs and a table. Most guests will enjoy parking on the street, however you are also welcome to park in the large driveway in the back of the unit. The only interaction you will see is a cleaning lady who regularly cleans this area. This place has a grocery store in the back of it, and is walking distance away from a Starbucks as well. Nearby is a movie theater, ample shopping places, and multiple restaurants.
