Palisade Pines Unit #2B

Palisade Pines Vacation Rental is a four-plex. All units are vacation rentals. Unit 2A & 2B are on the ground level, unit 3 is above unit 2B. There is room to Park a truck & trailer/UTV/ATV's. Farms are adjacent to the rental property. The space Unit 2 is on the ground level, unit 3 is above unit 2. Palisade State Park & Golf Course is 2 miles The Arapeen Trail head is about 2 miles - You can head up the canyon on UTV/ATV's from the rental. Here is a link to the Arapeen Trail website: http://www.utahatvtrails.org/ Manti Temple - 6 miles Snow College - 13 miles Gunnison - 9 miles Guest access Guest Parking is in the middle of driveway. (Unit 1 is on the left and unit 3 is on the right). You are welcome to park UTV/ATV's on the front strip if you need additional parking. You have access to the backyard. There is room to pitch tents if you have additional guests. You are responsible for your own bedding and pillows to use in tents. Please do not take the rental blankets and pillows outside. If you bring a pet please clean up all feces and leave no evidence of your fur baby behind. Other things to note No illegal DRUGs Allowed! Limited cell service. ATT and T-Mobile do not work well in this area. No smoking within 25 feet of any doors or windows. We allow pets but do require them to be on a leash and never be left unattended.
