This private queen bedroom is located in a charming and historic 4-bedroom home within walking distance to Aggieville and K-State! It's located on the second floor and is quite secluded from the rest of the house. This is the most spacious room in the house and even has a desk and easy chair for you to work or relax. We updated this home specifically for guests so we could share our love for Manhattan. You'll find all the comforts of home in a great spot. :) What you should expect: -deep cleaned and sanitized living spaces -fluffy and comfy linens and towels -fully equipped kitchen -stocked bathroom with all the essentials -fast responses from host -backyard entertaining area I’m happy that first-time guests are often pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and many of my guests come back and stay repeatedly! I work hard to be the hostess with the mostess, so if there’s anything I can do for you, please don’t hesitate to ask. :) This is a private bedroom in a shared house. You'll be given a unique 4-digit code upon check in for the bedroom. The back door to the house also has a keypad lock that is changed regularly for your safety. You will have shared access to the fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, as well as a spacious living room with a 50" TV. There's also a fire pit in the backyard that you're more than welcome to use! We limit 2 guests per bedroom and ask that additional people are not invited over. We cannot accommodate pets at this time. I am available 24/7 through Airbnb! Even if I'm not in Manhattan, I leave my phone on all night in case of emergencies (like you saw a spider and had to burn the house down - I understand, but please tell the other guests). If I'm in town I should be able to quickly swing by for assistance. What I love the most about this home is the location! We love to walk to Aggieville, eat dinner at one of the many restaurants, then head home and have a bonfire with smores. This home is situated right on Bluemont Street so it's easy to zip anywhere in Manhattan! You can walk through the neighborhood or the nearby K-State campus for some fresh air. All the grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive and Aggieville is close enough to walk to but far enough to have some peace and quiet at night.
