This room is for one person. No guests or visitors. Private en suite bathroom, inside this very clean 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The common area consists of the kitchen and breakfast bar. 10 minute walk to the Green/Yellow line Columbia Heights Metro which goes directly to National Airport(DCA.) Sonny's Pizza and Doubles coffee are right across the street. 'Call Your Mother' which is fantastic for breakfast, lunch, or coffee drinks. Wonderland and El Chucho are 2blks away. Guest access The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils you may need. Please Do Not: 1. fry foods(cooking food in a pool of oil) 2. cook at high heat(blackened) 3. broiling in oven. those types of cooking will set off the smoke detectors, and take deep cleaning that may result in an extra cleaning charge. Other things to note The apartment is small. The only common space is the pictured kitchen. It is very clean, private, convenient, and economical- for DC!
