The pool is heated throughout the day to 86 degrees and from 6pm - 9:30pm heat is switched to the Spa. - If you only want the Spa heated the fee is $40 per day for a 4 hour block and can be turned on anytime between 12pm - 9:30pm. -If you only want the Pool heated the fee is $40 The pool is heated throughout the day to 86 degrees - We recommend just Spa heating during the dead of winter months since it gets quite chilly and swimming in even a heated pool can be jarring - No special events (weddings, parties, etc) - if you plan to throw a party, please kindly book a place that allows them Access to the entire home and garage You will receive an email confirmation shortly after booking that may include information on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details. As you get closer to your check-in date, you will receive an email from us that will include the door key code and other details. To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. Feel free to reach out to us at any time if you have any questions If you are traveling by car, we have a driveway that can have two cars, a garage that can fit one car and there is also street parking. Otherwise, Uber drivers and taxis are easily accessed with a phone call. As with the large majority of short-term rentals in Palm Springs, the front outside area and inside the garage are protected by security cameras for safety reasons. Unlike others though, there is absolutely no surveillance inside the living area or the back yard as I treat guests with the same respect I'd want to be given. Please note that lawn services come on Monday mornings and Pool service is in the afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays Palm Springs is very strict and I must reiterate - NO OUTDOOR MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 10PM Check-in 3PM Check out 11AM
