Unique Two Family / Large Family Home by the Beach

Welcome to Crystal Haven - a unique home situated in beautiful Crystal Beach, Ontario. This home is great for a large family or it could make an ideal 2 family home if you'd like to get away with some friends. You are within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, beaches and parks . If you'd prefer to just relax and unwind you also have a private yard where you can enjoy a glass of wine around a campfire while listening to the waves hit the shoreline. Ready to get away? Come see us! The space Cool style. Simple. Boho Beachy. It's about a 9 iron away from Crystal Beach and the crystal beach boat ramp. You can hear the water from the back yard. You’re on vacation, so bring almost nothing. The linens, duvet covers and pillow covers are completely changed after every guest. There are fresh towels in every bathroom. There is a propane tank attached to the BBQ and a spare just incase. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, with plates, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. There is a dishwasher so you can avoid doing dishes while you’re away! There are 1.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on this floor. The main floor master has a queen bed in it with a private 2 piece ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom across the hall has 2 single beds in it. There is a full bathroom just outside the bedrooms with tub & shower. The living room has soaring ceilings and trendy furnishings. Bring your laptop and setup on the work desk if you need to. There is a large Smart TV in the living room which is connected to the network that offers you the ability to watch hundreds of IP channels. You can also sign in to your own Netflix or other streaming services directly from the TV to continue watching your favourite shows. The second floor has a spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds in it. The sliding doors open to a small balcony with glass railing that looks down over the back yard. You can also see Lake Erie and beautiful sunsets through the trees. There is a full bathroom just outside this bedroom with tub & shower. There is also a neat loft area that looks down on the living room below it that has a sectional sofa which could convert to additional sleeping space if required. The third floor is the crows nest. Its just a place to relax. Head up there for some morning Yoga away from the crowd, or maybe just to read while you sit in a comfy pompous chair. There are some books on various topics up there for you to enjoy. The driveway is steep, because the house sits prominently up on a hill. I generally let my family out at the bottom near the road and then back the vehicle up into the driveway leaving more space on the drivers side to hop out comfortably. Your trunk is easier to unpack from the top of the driveway once you get parked. There is space for 2 cars in the driveway. If you'd prefer to park on more even ground, you can park on the road right out front of the house. The backyard has room to throw a frisbee or let the kids run around a bit. There is a side yard [accessible through sliding glass doors off of the living room] that has an outdoor dining table as well as a BBQ that you can use. The yard is mostly fenced in - open only at the driveway and front stairs for access. Enjoy some outdoor games with your family, or some time with your dog :) Lastly there is a small fire pit and some muskoka chairs that you can sit in to share some laughs with your friends & family. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. This is not a shared space and there is only one booking at a time. Enjoy the home with your own group.
