Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Serenity! Located in the heart of Cape Coral! Villa Serenity is on a Gulf-access canal, and is one of the very few Villas that offers an extra-long lap pool. Enjoy the large boat dock for your morning coffee! Other things to note The pool is electric heated. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance! The house is pet friendly! There is a $200 pet fee per dog, and a pet addendum has to be signed. Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.
