With its own private salt water pool, it's also just a 2 minute walk to the beach from access point #15 on Sterling Ave. POST-IAN INFORMATION - As this home was newly built in only 2019, we received minimal damage from the hurricane and are open and ready for guests! Pool and internet are in service and the beaches are looking great. Please be aware that the entire area was hit hard by the hurricane and is still in recovery mode, but every day, progress is being made. Food trucks and restaurants are back up and running, such as Bayfront Bistro, Cabanas, Snug Harbor, Tiki Bar, and Wahoo Willies. We recommend that you do some research on the area before booking. Newly professionally decorated with high-quality classic beach style furnishings (photos of furnishings selected by the decorated have been added and pictures will be updated after home is fully furnished), this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home sleeps 8. Master bedroom is equipped with a king, 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom contains 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own television. The spacious open living room has a large screen TV, DVD player, and includes a sleeper sofa. Enjoy views of the canal from the screened-in porch and cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen. Free high-speed WiFi and cable service also provided. Catch the Trolley right on Estero Blvd. to enjoy all the island has to offer. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping, a movie theater, Publix grocery, and more! Visit Santini Marina Plaza or Snook Brite Marina where you can rent a boat, take dolphin tours, or get fishing bait. Best of all, the beach is just ~800 feet away, a short walk to beach access point #15 off Sterling Ave. This is one of the most scenic and desirable access points with a quaint bridge leading to white sand. It's a fabulous spot to watch gorgeous sunsets. Starter soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels are provided, as well as an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a beach wagon.
