Any further internet needs such as work related projects there is a $30/month fee & we cannot guarantee speed. No person/s allowed on the property grounds that are not on contract. No animals without addituonal fees and prior written permission allowed: including 'comfort animals' No running of a business allowed using our home and resources without written permissions.
