Outdoor shower and full laundry, spiral steel stairs to Balcony: Southern exposure with view of my tropical gardens and nightime stargazing. Upstairs Living area: from the balcony you enter into my bedroom/living area filled with antiques and funky art. King bed, two overstuffed chairs, high top dining table. 55inch TV (WiFi not cable). High Speed Internet of course (544bps) Kitchen: from the living area, access the hallway kitchen. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, NuWave burner and Kalorik air fryer, quality cookware - all almost new! Plenty of prep space and sink for easy cleanups. 2nd Bedroom: cozy with full size bed and private balcony in the trees Bathroom: spacious and bright, tub/shower, plush towels and mats. Laundry: full size washer/dryer below your balcony Beach Stuff: 2 beach bikes, 2 body boards, sand umbrella, 2 beach chairs, large beach towels, EVEN SUNSCREEN! Guest access Front garden, 2 private decks, private parking, shared full size laundry. 2 of each for your use: bikes, beach chairs beach towels, and body boards. Beach wagon to help your walk easier. Other things to note This place is QUIET! Not much to do but relax, beach it (I have lots of beach stuff for you including body boards and surfboards), and listen to sounds of nature. For bars and upscale restaurants, you must leave the island and drive 10 minutes to Ft. Pierce or 20 minutes up A1A to Vero Beach. We have a friendly and excellent beer and sandwich/wings joint on the island, Sharkeys. For groceries, a new Publix is just 10 minutes away.
