Single bedroom with queen bed and private bath (may share bathroom with family friends using pool to change during the day) plus access to guest area and kitchen area. We are just minutes from downtown Cape Coral (one mile) and Fort Myers Beach. Local beach is 5 minutes away and gulf beaches are 40 minutes depending on traffic. You can park car, Uber, Lyft, Taxi, or short walk to downtown. Guests are welcome to use heated swimming pool while visiting (81 degrees). Guest access You are welcome to use the TV in the area next to your room. It is a small seating area. You are also welcome to use the refrigerator and Keurig Machine for coffee or hot water. We will leave cups out for your convenience. During your stay We are happy to help with places to see and eat during your visit in Cape Coral. We use the pool and living area but are friendly easygoing people.
