The Patterson Park House is situated in the heart of Baltimore, just 1 block from Patterson Park on a brick-paved tree-lined street and minutes from Fells Point, The Harbor, Canton, and multiple Johns Hopkins Campuses. The space The Patterson Park House is our personal home that we completely reimagined and renovated in 2020. Our home is decorated with a mixture of modern furnishings and numerous vintage pieces that have been curated locally. We love this space and are delighted to share it with others while we're away! This house is large with a cozy couch in the great room and is true open concept living. You'll find smart locks, a smart thermostat, Amazon Alexa, and a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. On the first story, the main living space leads right into the dining room, which gives way to the kitchen and then the outdoor patio. On the second story, the main bedroom boasts a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring an original claw foot tub and standing shower. The second bedroom is cozy and petite with a king-size bed and a full bathroom right off the room. We also have a bonus work area between the two bedrooms, which offers a quiet space to work. The king and queen beds have comfortable, memory foam mattresses, cozy comforters, and soft sheets. The chef's kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The internet runs on the Xfinity home wifi system, with fast and reliable connection throughout the home. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement for guests to use. Free street parking is available on our street and around the neighborhood. If arriving later in the evening, parking is difficult to find. Being a row house, our neighbors are just on the other side of the walls and we have 9pm-9am quiet hours policy to ensure we are respectful of the community. We ask that no loud music or outside voices are activated during this time. Guest access We have a smart lock with keypad to enter the home. Other things to note Our house is located .5 miles from the best restaurants in Canton and a lovely 1.2 mile walk through the park to Historic Fells Point. Anywhere else in Baltimore, from Camden Yards to Federal Hill, is no more than a 15 minute UBER ride away. NO PARTIES - all guests must register with host with photo IDs. Renters age 25+ welcome. Pets welcome, $50 each. We are family-friendly and offer a pack and play with a mattress and sheet for your stay. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement via email that outlines house rules and guest responsibilities. Groups with renters under 25 require an additional $500 deposit. Quiet hours: 9pm-9am Only 4 guests are allowed to stay overnight. Day guests over 4 people must be approved ahead of time. Ring security system and cameras are at the front and back doors. These are monitored for guest safety and community safety, ensuring quiet hours and guest count is respected. Pets stays are subject to approval at $50 per stay, per pet.
