Cool Studio in Maupin: Private Entrance Bottom

800 sq. ft. Guest Studio – Private Entry! A freshly remodeled downstairs studio—a cozy escape designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll have a functional kitchen for simple meals, wifi, comfy beds, AC/heat, ice, TV for movie nights, card table, yazee, corn hole, and bumper pool. This unit stays very cool in the summer. One block from the amazing Maupin Market, Rainbow Tavern, School, and still a 5 minute walk to the river. The space One block from downtown Maupin, walking distance to The Bow, 2 very comfortable queen size beds, one additional fold out bed, 2 more Queen beds in the RV if you need them, Traeger grill, electric skillet, and a big screen television. Guest access The space has its own entrance and most everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Other things to note Gas stove top is not hooked up yet as I need to install a gas line, but there is an electric skillet, air fryer, , and a Microwave. Probably not the best set up for people that want a full kitchen. If you need the large upstairs oven and its available, its not a problem. Pets are usually not a problem as long as they are friendly to other dogs. The yard is large but not fully fenced. Important to note: This is the bottom floor of the house with its own rear entrance. The main floor above is a separate listing, separate entrance, with a quite time of 10pm. Being it is a downstairs unit, you can still hear footsteps from above. Its not horrible, but its worth noting if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. I always remind guests of the 10pm quiet time.
