Ample parking on site. Please note - we do not allow third parties to rent the apartment for someone else. This is a great apartment! It has a private entrance and a private deck. Since it is up a short flight of stairs, you catch the morning light through the many windows in the living room and kitchen. The living room has a 50-inch television and an antique desk suitable for work. The two bedrooms have comfy beds and linens. The kitchen includes a stack washer/dryer. The bathroom and kitchen were completely updated during the renovations but we kept the big old tub in the bathroom and the upper cabinets in the kitchen. The owners live next door and are readily available for any needs or to answer any questions. During the Spring and Summer months enjoy outdoor concerts at the AMP and Saturday shopping at the Farmer's Market.
