GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the second and third floors, rooftop decks, and hot tub. The first floor includes a separate apartment with private entry. Up to four parking spaces are available in back, plus a shared two-car garage (garage access may occasionally be used respectfully by owners for storage). The first floor is comprised of the garage and a separate AirBNB apartment with a separate entry. Please note the garage is a shared space with the first floor apartment and occasionally the owners alap access the garage for personal items. However, this will not disrupt your stay as the owners are very respectful of your privacy.
