This condo can sleep up to 4 guests with the queen bed in the bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living room. The main living spaces are open concept and get plenty of light from the large door leading to the balcony. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and all the essentials you'd need to cook a meal during your stay. The peninsula has seating area for 2 and opens to the living space. The best feature of this condo is the balcony that includes views of the Cape Fear River. Guests will have full access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the bathroom for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded gate, and guests can check in with a keypad entry. There is an elevator in the center of the courtyard for your convenience. Guests can reach the host through messaging. This condo is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington. You're a short walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and bars that downtown has to offer, but still in a quiet area. The Riverwalk is right across the street as well. Guests should be able to walk anywhere that they would want to go downtown! Wrightsville and Carolina Beach are a short 25-30 minute car ride away as well.
