The oldest Irish bar in Newport is located on the first floor of the Inn. Free parking is available in our lot. Our space is right on the Thames Street which is a busy street that offers many restaurants, shops and sightseeing destinations in walking distance. This apartment is located on the second floor of our building. On the first floor of the building are commercial rentals. The Irish American Athletic Club which is Newport's oldest Irish Bar is located on the first floor which allows assistance to all of our guests if needed. This Irish Bar is open 7 days a week. I am also available both on property and via text for any needs guests may have. This apartment is located in the Fifth Ward of Newport or now known as the Yachting Village. Fifth Ward is a traditionally Irish neighborhood just south of the lower Thames Street commercial district. It is located on the southern edge of Newport Harbor, the neighborhood was developed mainly from the 1820s through the Gilded Age (1870 to the turn of the century), when many Irish immigrants came to the city to work as laborers or servants for the moneyed elite in the nearby mansions. We offer free parking for one vehicle. We have our own parking lot which you are welcome to use and can even leave your car there the day of your departure if you will be staying in Newport after the check-out time. It is located right behind our building. If additional parking for a second car is needed a parking pass can be purchased if available at the time of your booking.
