The space The home has been tastefully remodeled and features hardwood-like and tiled floors throughout. Spacious and airy living room with high ceilings, beautiful fireplace and comfortable sitting furniture opens up into the luxurious backyard. High definition large screen HGTV with various channels and capable for streaming services completes the space. Very beautiful formal dining room and gorgeous kitchen with informal breakfast counter and additional sitting area divide the space into separate points of gathering while allowing for everyone to stay in the same open-concept space. All three bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses and pillows and nice soft sheets. All bedrooms, living room, and kitchen have ceiling fans allowing for a better air circulation. Master bedroom has an eastern king bed and a beautiful view of the backyard. The en-suite is gorgeous, with dual vanities, soaking tub, separate shower, separate water closet, and a large walk-in closet. Master bedroom includes a crib for guests bringing little children. Second bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a large linens closet in the hallway with pool towels can be used as additional storage. A two-car garage and a separate laundry room make the home very functional. Outdoor area includes a covered patio with a ceiling fan, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, a salt-water pool and a jetted hot tub. Guest access Guests have access to everything except for the owner's closet at the entry and one owner's kitchen cupboard (both are locked). Guests can use the garage, laundry room, and all other amenities. Other things to note Maximum occupancy (8guests) is mandated by the city of La Quinta and will be strictly enforced. A min of $5,000 fine for violations. By booking our house, you accept and agree to NOT EXCEED the amount of guests listed on your reservation. Visitors must be approved by host. Violation of the occupancy rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund to guest AND a city fine. Noise restrictions. The city of La Quinta has a nuisance / noise restriction ordinance. Please refer to the provided brochure. Fines can and will be assessed by the city for violations and the principal guest will be responsible. Violation of the nuisance rules rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund to guest. More fines may arise if the transient occupancy license that is currently in good standing is affected by the guest's actions or violations (suspension, fine, or revocation of license due to guest's actions will be prosecuted by law). No Pets. We love pets but we can't allow any pets at this time. Thank you for your understanding. No events, parties or other gatherings on property are allowed. Per city of La Quinta regulations, all gatherings/parties/events must be permitted and the owner must apply for a permit at least 45 days prior to the event. Fees and fines related to unpermitted gatherings are very significant and are also prohibited by Airbnb; we choose to NOT accept any bookings that involve events, parties, or gatherings. Pool and spa heating are not included and are subject to additional fees (fees depend on season, current weather, and cost of gas). Long term reservations (one month or longer) must adhere to the same rules and restrictions as short term reservations, according to the city rules.
