CrossWinds Garden Suite

Crosswinds Garden Suite is a beautiful boutique space, 1.3 mi +/- straight shot to some of the best beaches in ME. Smack in the middle of Kport and Kennebunk towns. Decorated in an upscale manner make this suite very comfortable to play, work, and relax in approx. 750+ s.f. of space. Picturesque gardens abound that you can see from every room from the many windows. A Christmas tree out your window, lit year round and comes on at dusk. Off street parking. The space The space is approx 750 s.f. The main room is the DR/LR/coffee station. There is a full size refrigerator, microwace oven and electric tea pot and Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods/creamers/salt/pepper and in-room ice (upon arrival only). A 55" smart TV with DirecTV programming, Netflix and Amazon. There are outdoor dishes and utensils or paper for bringing back prepared food. There is a separate bedroom with ensuite and a gorgeous luxe king poster bed. Provided are all bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, iron and board. Guests will find an outdoor DR table and chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs to eat at or relax in for your sole use. There is a shared gas grill with utensils. I provide a Town Beach pass to my guests (6/15-9/15). Designated Parking Spot for 1 car. Guest access The entire grounds. Parking is permitted only in the designated area. For your comfort, we spray the property every 20 days for ticks and mosquitoes. Other things to note Our location is very convenient to the Port, downtown Kbk, Wells, Rachel Carlson sanctuary. We do spray the grounds for ticks and mosquito every 30 days. The suite is provided with free access to beach towels and beach blankets, all beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and various size coolers. All you need to bring is YOURSELF!
