This Historic home (1894) offers a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the 2nd floor and completely private, including a private entrance in the rear of the house. My husband and I live on the first floor with our Red Toy Poodle. For a trip with family or friends this space is great! Offering a King Suite with en suite, kitchenette and sitting room. Next to King bedroom is the 2nd bedroom... offering a Queen size bed, private bath and sitting area with TV. The space Our home is located 3 short blocks from the Historic and famous St. George St. We are within walking distance to many restaurants, boutiques and antique stores. Other things to note My husband and I have lived in Florida for 30 years. We fell in love with the historic charm of St. Augustine many years ago and we hope you do too. Whether it’s the beach, beautiful historic architecture or the rich history of our town, we hope you’ll enjoy the many attractions our beautiful St. Augustine has to offer. We do live on the premises on the first floor. The rooms we have offered are all on the second floor. There are deadbolts on each of the bedroom doors to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
