Lake House lower unit w/ kayaks great for 2

Cute basement apartment with stained cement floors, its own kitchen, stand up shower and laundry room. Walks out to lake. Great for summer fun with swimming, kayaks, paddle board and rafts included. Winter fun with ice fishing, sledding, skating and bon fires. This is a basement apartment. If you need 3 more bedrooms ask how to get full house. I only rent the whole place or the basement for your privacy. The basement option will save one person ton of $$ & has one queen bedroom and pullout sofa. The space Lower level of lake house with its own bathroom, kitchen, laundry, shower, internet with back door that walks out to Round Lake. This is a lake house cottage, not the Ritz Carlton so please don’t expect things to be perfect. We clean and wash everything but old lake houses tend to creak and leak. I have mostly five star reviews but some people expect everything. It’s a cottage not a five star resort but furnishings are from restoration hardware and it’s quite cute. If you need more beds and space I have the full house available and can send link to you or up charge. Calander are linked so either way you have no neighbors or anyone else in house or property for full privacy. I list this apartment only in the off season September through May and when the apartment is booked I don’t book the house upstairs. Best for 1 to 2 people. Guest access The whole lower level is yours. Ask if you need more room and beds the whole house is available just ask for link, it’s of course a up charge. I won’t rent main house if you are in basement for privacy. The lower unit includes one bedroom in main upstairs space and an office with pullout bed. Other things to note This small space is best for 1 person to 3 with a queen and pull out loveseat. If you need more beds and room inquire how to get full house with 3 more bedrooms. We have pets that include 2 fish, Three ducks named Steve the all white one, Cucumber and pickles. If you are looking to loose weight or do a juice cleanse or plant based fitness and boxing retreat ask Larry about including a private weight loss clinic including meals and 3 specialized workouts a day.
