Other beds medium firm w/mix of pillows. Offers a modestly equipped kitchen, quality washer/dryer, open living area sun porch, small back deck & off street parking. Non smoking home and property. The space Enter through the front sun porch and find multiple seating areas, HDTV television, open concept kitchen-eating area. Free WiFi, new quality HVAC means cool in summer warm in winter. 1st bedroom has 1 full bed with en-suite tile bathtub/shower. 2nd room with queen bed and 3rd room with 2 twin beds, share a hall bathroom with glass/tile shower. Mud room/laundry room opens onto a back deck area overlooking the back yard and scenic views of the hills. Walk to town in moments, for shopping, trailheads and eateries. Home not recommended for infants and children. This home is located close to “everything” so to speak! Right off the main drag of the historic town of Fayetteville, moments from the main highway, which will take you to the southern end of the National Park or North to Summersville Lake, Babcock State Park and Summersville State Park. From Rt 19 you can access multiple rock climbing, hiking, biking trails and many scenic drives. Driving West on Route 60 you can visit the DRYS a section of the New River managed by a dam- a popular hiking and paddling spot, or continue to Kanawha Falls for awesome fishing and stand-up paddle boarding and swimming and then continue East on Rt 60 through the historic community of Ansted with shops and cafés, eventually arriving back to Route 19 and home!
