This is our home we legally sublet when we travel. We are seeking subletters from June 12 to July 11 included. We will not sublet for shorter or longer time. Rent for the month all included is $2,500 plus the Air B&B fees. NYC can be overwhelmingly crowded, noisy and dirty. We provide a home that is all the opposite for your extended stay in the city. 1000 sq. ft. all for you: sun filled year round, quiet, comfortable and welcoming. The space UTILITIES AND INTERNET WIRELESS INCLUDED. Entire top floor of a 4 story brick building, with high ceilings. The apartment comprises a large master bedroom on the south side, sun filled year round, a huge dining/living room on the north side, year round filled with steady northern light, an office and a storage room in the middle. The kitchen, on the south side, sun filled year round, can comfortably sit 3 people, while the dining area in the living room can fit 10. The bathroom has a bath tub and a window on an internal shaft, providing ventilation. Though the apartment is technically only a 2 bedroom apartment it is 1000 sq. ft total with 4 distinct rooms: master bedroom, storage, office and living/dining room. Each room has doors that can provide extra privacy, if needed. There are no neighbors above, or on any sides, making this apartment a jewel of quietness. With windows across the apartment and ceiling fan in each room the apartment is fresh and ventilated in the summer and warm in the winter due to very powerful heating system. The bedroom has 2 windows facing south and internal courtyards. The living room has three bay windows facing north. The apartment is furnished with all necessary items. The rent also includes: internet wireless, electricity, gas for kitchen, heat and hot water; a set of towels and sheets and all necessary equipment to cook your meals. The Neighborhood: Bed Stuy is up and coming. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, Laundromats, several grocery stores, a few bars, supermarkets and banks, all within walking distance. Getting around: The building is 7 blocks, 5 minutes walking, from the A/C train, Utica stop, Brooklyn. We are 20 minute ride to Fulton Street in Manhattan, 30 minutes to West 4th. The closest buses are B26 for Downtown Brooklyn and B46 for Williamsburg, and many more. We can provide a bike as well.
