Brevard LumberYard Loft

We are in the Brevard Lumberyard Arts District , a beautifully progressive part of town. Within walking distance to everything , the loft is the perfect location when visiting Brevard. The loft on the second floor of our newly built home is all yours. Plenty of windows and natural light greet you on entrance. A good size kitchenette with all necessities but NO STOVE! Extra large bathroom with shower and 5 1/2 ft claw foot tub. A reading nook with day bed. Off street parking. Private entrance. The space Our loft has just been recently finished out.Our kitchenette is custom crafted with salvaged wood from a cottage we restored on the Georgia coast.Although no stove for cooking we have everything else to offer in this roomy kitchenette.....the main space is a good size and cozy and offers a mission style queen bed with Tempur-pedic mattress and new luxury linens and covers....a 1960’s drafting table with original iron mechanisms serves as table for eating or working .The numerous windows throughout allow for great cross breezes in the spring summer and fall to catch the cool mountain air and cast a lovely light.The little reading nook allows for an area to kick back and read,work or nap in a bit of privacy.Also if 2 friends are staying it allows for one to sleep here(might have to flip a coin!).The upstairs is energy efficient so as to hold heat and air beautifully.We haven’t had to utilize the air conditioner but maybe a few weeks over the summer months.Windows always open at night with good ceiling fan make for pleasant sleeping! Welcome to the mountains!Two closets and one with chest of drawers.The bathroom is quite luxurious and large...all unique pieces.The counter is a vintage sideboard with 2 sinks and 2 large handmade old cypress wood mirrors made locally by artisan here in the Lumberyard Joey Bastings.Large 5 1/2 ft claw foot tub for those long hot soaks you may dream of while coming down off the mountain and includes the standard claw foot tub shower.Lots of fresh cotton towels and toiletries.Please bring your personal toiletries if you have concerns,thank you! Guest access The entrance to loft is private.As you enter you will have a stairwell to your locked loft.There will be a locked main entrance that has key pad. Other things to note the wifi password info is noted in the loft
