Located in a quiet area yet still close to many great restaurants, shopping, family attractions, & fishing piers. The space Property Layout: 5 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 Upstairs - King Bedroom 2 Downstairs - King Bedroom 3 Downstairs - King Bedroom 4 Downstairs - 2 Pyramid Bunks (Double bottom/Twin Top) Bedroom 5 Downstairs - 2 Pyramid Bunks (Double bottom/Twin Top) 3 full bathrooms Ground Level: Enclosed outside shower & gas grill Bottom Level of Cottage: Second master bedroom with King bed, flat screen smart TV/Cable, sliding glass door opens to deck and ocean. Third master bedroom with King bed, flat screen smart TV/Cable, sliding glass door opens to deck and ocean. Bedroom four with two Pyramid bunks, flat screen smart TV. Bedroom 5 with two Pyramid bunks. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Top Level: Main King master bedroom with flat screen smart TV/Cable, in suite bathroom. Living room with flat screen smart TV/Cable and DVD player. Fully stocked large kitchen and dining area. Sliding glass doors open to top deck to ocean and beach. Guest access Keyless entry. Guests are given a code unique to their stay which only works during their stay. Other things to note -We allow dogs at a nominal fee of $150 plus tax for up to 2 dogs 70 lbs or less each. An additional 3rd dog may be permitted for an additional fee at owner's discretion. This is our home and we do require that all dogs be at least a year old, up to date on vaccinations, on flea and tick preventative, spayed/neutered and properly trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. -Signed rental agreement and copy of government issued photo ID required within 48 hours of booking. Request will be sent via e-sign. -We supply comforters and pillows. You will need to supply or rent your own linens (bed sheets and towels). There are several companies that handle this in the area and make life easy if you do not want to pack them. You will find them on the front porch upon arrival & on departure you will put them back on the front porch for pick up. Recommendations are provided in the rental agreement but you can always e-mail us for them as well.
