Your 5-star experience is important to us, welcome! The space Professionally remodeled and updates throughout. 1100 square foot 2bed/1bath home that is half of a duplex. We (your hosts) live close by so should you need anything we are happy to help! This home will feel warm and brand new for your stay. The Light rail is a 6 block walk from our home with super easy access to Denver International Airport. There is also a green belt trail with a quick bike ride to downtown Denver. A short drive or light rail to any of the following: Sloans Lake, Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, Golden, Denver Highlands, Olde Town Arvada, or Belmar. This Home features: - Make this your workcation WFH space! Multiple workspaces and fast, reliable internet onsite to work from home and Zoom. Workspace options include the desk adjacent to the kitchen counter, bar/countertop joining the kitchen and living room, kitchen table, and a mobile desk that can be adjusted and moved anywhere in the home. There is also a printer on-site. - Pet friendly! With a 5000sq ft full fenced side yard (and back yard) for your pups! We do require that you pick up after your pets and require a $60 pet fee at checkout. - Family Friendly home! Suitable for kiddos with one Pack-And-Play on site and we can provide you with more baby/kid items if needed. - Stainless steel appliances, new sharp sink and countertops, and outfitted with everything you need to cook. - Coffee bar (Tea, Keurig, K-cups, French Press with instant hot water) - Private, keyless entry - Spin bike for exercise in the home! - Mid to high end furniture, generous closet space. - 55” Smart TV to stream your Netflix, Amazon, etc - Jetted tub for your relaxation. - Washer & Dryer in unit. - Heating and Air Conditioning. - Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and some toiletries available should you forget something. - Private patio, small back yard and front yard. - There are no shared livable walls between the duplex (the garages separate the units). Although your private parking space is shared along side your neighbors to the East. There is no access to the garages. Should you have any additional requests please don’t hesitate to ask! Guest access - Guests have access to the entire home - no space is shared inside the home. - PARKING: Guests are welcome to park in the driveway of the unit. It can fit two smaller cars in tandem. There is also plenty of shoulder/off street parking. - There is a large side yard (approximately 5,000 square feet!) to the West of the property. This is a shared space but seldom used by your neighbors. It includes a kid’s playground, two large apple trees, and room to play or relax. Other things to note - Check in is 3:00pm, Check out is 10:00am. - A late evening/night time arrival is fine as you will have your own keyless code to access the home. - We do our best to accommodate reasonable requests for different check-in/out times, but this depends on our booking calendar and must be arranged in advance.
