Comfy home in the Avenues

Entire basement in a cozy home in the Avenues! - Quiet neighborhood 1.5 miles from downtown SLC - Includes private full bathroom - Personal basement living room (television is in shared living room upstairs) - Enjoy access to upstairs kitchen & dining room, and a large backyard set up for grilling. - Fresh eggs for breakfast - Free parking *Please note that the room is in the basement and includes going up and down stairs. There is also no banister or railing to aid in the use of the stairs. The space The home is a large, single family home with a full backyard. I own a small dog (yorkie, hypoallergenic), a cat and have 7 chickens that free range in the backyard so I have a constant supply of fresh eggs that guests may help themselves to. Guest access Guests will have access to the wireless Internet and all major appliances including fridge/freezer, stove, and grill and all minor appliances such as a toaster, microwave, etc. Parking is also free on the street. During your stay I will be present during the guests stay. Other things to note The private room is in the basement along with the bathroom so you have more privacy but on the downside the room has very limited natural sunlight. I do also use the built in closets and drawers for personal storage space, but the room does have an empty dresser and a closet that guests may use.
