Kirkwood Luxury & Location

Our Kirkwood house is close to the lifts, KCA, General Store, Tesla charger, and village. Right out the front door are snowshoeing and cross country trails, tennis courts, basketball court and mountain bike trails. Lakes and hiking trails are close by. You will be comfortable with a well kept, clean place where every room has it's own full bath. This half-plex is 2,650 Square Feet. The space The deck and main room are wonderful gathering areas for friends and families. The house is set up with a Sonos music system with a tablet to control it. High speed internet is available and the TV's have streaming options, major networks, and a good selection of channels. There is a Wii system. Generally we try to have an inflatable kayak and/or stand up paddle board available during the summer time. There is a extra pack and play and air mattress if needed. Guest access The driveway is big and can comfortably fit 4 cars. For access to the house, you can download a phone app to lock and unlock the front door. The garage and some closets are locked off to renters. We do have an agreement with Airbnb that we can not accept support animals, I apologize in advance.
