Our home is large enough (2600 sqft) to have space for everyone, while still allowing for some personal space and privacy. Bedrooms are on the second floor. This allows for an escape if entertaining downstairs. The entire home has hardwood and tile flooring, no carpet for allergy sufferers. **** NO PARTIES ALLOWED! ****** Our home features a pool and a spillover jacuzzi spa. The pool +spa can be heated at an additional cost of $65 per day for fuel. If you want the spa ONLY to be heated then it is $35/day. The pool is controlled remotely. The pool lanai is screened with seating options. There is a private dock on a canal, a yard for playing, and the entire backyard is fenced for added privacy. We are a faith-filled family, so our home features Christian art. Most impressive will be the large "paintings"- but look closer--- they are actually jigsaw puzzles! {Note- if Christian art offends you, this is not the home for you}. This is a smoke-free home. There is no smoking allowed in the home or the pool area. Smoking is allowed in the yard and on the dock. Clean up your smoking trash and residue. Our home features internet via FIOS with speeds of 500/500. Family room/den and bedrooms have smart TVs. There is parking in the garage, and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Please do not park in the street or on the grass. Workout bench and weights in the garage. Be safe and use a spotter. There is huge charcoal BBQ grill in the yard. Note that the bedrooms and showers/baths are all upstairs. There are steep stairs to the second floor. The master has a king bed and a futon. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and a futon. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom also has a queen bed. The 5th bedroom has a full and a futon. Downstairs, there is a couch that pull-out to be a bed. There are two additional couches. Recording cameras cover the entire exterior and will be on during your stay. The home is protected and warranted by Terminix and by Critter Control. We try our best to meet and greet all of our guests but this does not always materialize. We communication how to access the home via text messages prior to your arrival. The only inaccessible spaces are the storage closets and shed for supplies, and the pool controls and equipment. To gain access to the dock you will have to contact the host to supply the key. There is a $300 key replacement fee if you lose it. We try our best meet the booking guest for check in. Thereafter, we are only a phone call away. We live in the neighborhood. Located in a beautiful Lake Mango community, this home allows a serene escape while still being just close enough to everything. Bring the boat to enjoy the lake. You can fish off the dock (one private and one public) or from your boat. There is also a small islet in the middle of the lake. Sit on the dock and listen the animals sound their praise. There is a great park with picnic tables, a basketball court, and a playground in walking distance for a stroll or power walk- you will love seeing the bunny rabbits! Everything you need is close by- supermarkets, mall, YMCA, gyms, churches/places of worship, ice skating rink, movies, mini golf, Dave & Busters, go karting, etc! In Florida, getting around is best done by car or ride share. All your essential needs are close by- groceries, pharmacies, mall, movies, activities, etc. Our home is close to both I-4 and I-75. This home is protected and warranted by Terminix and by Critter Control. So, have no fear of tiny visitors joining your family. Please note that the lawn care company, Terminix, or Critter Control may access the yard during your stay to provide the regularly scheduled service. We try to notify you in advance, but this is not always possible. There will be no access granted to inside the home without your express knowledge. Lawn care usually comes on Tuesdays. Garbage collection is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please put out the grey garbage receptacle. Recycling collection is on Thursdays. Please put out the blue recycling receptacle as well. There are cameras recording the entire yard of the home. These will be on during your stay. They are located at the pool deck, side yard, back yard, and above garage. The ring doorbell is also a recording camera.
