Walking distance to restaurants/bars, shopping, lovely parks, tennis, historical homes, fishing, sailing and 5th oldest yacht club in the US. Minutes to casinos, and golf courses. We have 26 miles of sand and beach. New Orleans is 50 mins away. The space Adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath raised home with an elevator for luggage /groceries access, towels, pots and pans, flatware and wine bottle opener, 60 inch smart TV, WiFi. King bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom, two full size beds in third bedroom Relaxing space under the home with two tables and chairs, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ gas and charcoal grill, very relaxing space with beautiful views and gulf breezes. Guest access Guest will have access to all the rooms but one hall closet. Large lot with space to relax under the home. Key pad code - given the day before rental arrival. Other things to note NO SMOKING inside the home. NO PETS ALLOWED NO PARTIES NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY Security cameras on the outside. Please respect our home.
