Enjoy this beautifully remodeled two bedroom Abbey Villa condo with a wonderful outdoor patio view of the pool! Your family will fall in love with this condo and want to make it your vacation destination every year.**PLEASE NOTE ONLY ONE POOL IS AVAILABLE FOR THE 2025 SEASON** The space It boasts a large living space complete with a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The second bedroom boasts a large bunk bed with full-size mattresses and a third trundle pull out bed! The master bedroom has an attached bathroom that is beautifully remodeled with comfortable amenities. This condo is located adjacent to the association pool and a very short walk to the Fontana lakefront where you can enjoy swimming in the lake to eating dinner at multiple restaurant options. Other things to note *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. **ONGOING: The community pool and surrounding outdoor areas are currently undergoing heavy construction, including on weekends. As a result, there may be significant noise during the day, and outdoor spaces near the condo may be impacted.** *Be advised that the Abbey Villas are not part of the Abbey Resort, therefore do not have access to those amenities. *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us!
