While staying in Peoria, the “Heights” is where you want to be. Grandview Drive must be seen to be believed and it is no more than a 5 minute walk from your front door. The very impressive Rock Island Trail is right around the corner and is ideal for biking. Two brand new bikes are available at your request. Peoria’s favorite restaurants and taverns are just up the street, no need to drive if its a nice day outside. Working gas fireplace, flatscreen Smart TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher, high speed WiFi, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave and outside gas grill. Our guests have access to the entire house including basement, where the washer, dryer and utility sink are located. There is an empty attic which has a locked door and no access due to the steep steps. We are very friendly and love socializing and meeting new people. However we also travel extensively and understand the joy of being away from everything and finally having quiet, peaceful time and space. You will only see us or hear from us if you need something. Take the elevator to the top of the Heights tower and get a birds eye view of the whole city. Fine dining, sports bars, pizza parlors, Irish Tavern, Tapas and Mexican all right outside your front door. There is plenty of street parking. If flying in and you do not have a car, Uber is very reliable in all of Peoria
