Charming house capable of accommodating a whole family, but intimate enough for small groups of people. Also an incredible romantic getaway to escape with your lover. An unbelievable view of the bay. Enjoy priceless sunsets over the water while swimming in our beautiful pool. Full kitchen and a large backyard. The perfect place to escape the city and enjoy a luxurious stay, but still with all the cozy parts of a loved and lived-in home. NOTICE: Pool is closed for winter. Reopens in spring. The space This is an extremely special house built in the 1930s, and it is the only brick house in the neighborhood. Nevertheless, the kitchen and all the bathrooms have been renovated. Of course, the age of this house merits some delicate care, so it’s not suitable for parties or very large gatherings. There is a full view of the sunset and sunrise, and it is surrounded by water, with soothing sounds of the bay. Other things to note We do have dogs who live in the house with us when we are there, so if you’re very allergic please let us know ahead of time. Additionally, there is no pool heating unless requested in advance! It does incur an extra cost.
