The space This is an extremely special house built in the 1930s, and it is the only brick house in the neighborhood. Nevertheless, the kitchen and all the bathrooms have been renovated. Of course, the age of this house merits some delicate care, so it’s not suitable for parties or very large gatherings. There is a full view of the sunset and sunrise, and it is surrounded by water, with soothing sounds of the bay. Other things to note We do have dogs who live in the house with us when we are there, so if you’re very allergic please let us know ahead of time. Additionally, there is no pool heating unless requested in advance! It does incur an extra cost.
